The lady lion golf team traveled to Murray State University to compete in the Fall Aggie Women's Invitational on September 29th & 30th.

Katy Merchant made her mark on the competition taking 2nd place individually with a score of +16. Also showing out for the team score was Zoe Melton with a +43, Madeline Caywood with a +51, and Anna Evans with a +52. Maggie Yarbrough also added a score of +50 to place her in 26th. On the individual side of the tournament, Sophia Lohr finished in 21st with a +46, followed by Kya Lamb with a +57 and Paige Peterson with a +62.

Overall, the lady lions took 4th as a team, representing NCTC well. The lady lions remain focused on steady improvement as they look ahead to the next stop on their schedule: the October 20th-21st Blinn Fall Invitational Tournament.
